• If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of contents provided from the company, he/she should bring this into the organization’s notice within 24 hours from the time of receipt. In such cases, another writer will be assigned with your order for revisions.
• The company facilitates its customers with a clear “Refund Policy” in case of dissatisfaction with the provided contents for each order.
• It is requested and expected that all customers provide all necessary details and files at the time of placing the order. The client will solely be responsible for any delay in submission of ordered assignment or incompletion due to missing or unavailable information.
• When a client place an order on this website, he/she is required to furnish some of the personal information such as name, contact numbers etc.
• It is the responsibility of the clients to provide us accurate contact info so that they can be contacted immediately in case there is a need to reconfirm necessary requirements.
• Once a client fill out necessary information in Order Form, it becomes the responsibility of the company to protect users personal info.

• Customer who is ordering must use his/her own credit card or PayPal account. 3rd Party payments are not allowed.
• Customer must provide valid and readable Photo ID that could be (Driving License, Passport, and National ID).
• Name of payer must be same as his/her PHOTO ID.

We will not deliver order until we have valid proof of ID and we reserve the rights to cancel the order same time and refund your complete payment if you fail to provide us identification.
